Kelda Williams is known professionally as Keldamuzik (aka Diva). She is an American music artist, actress, TV host, and producer. Born in the Bay Area of California, she is known for her hit singles Queen for A Night and Thirsty. Both songs are on her 4th studio album, Diva TV (2010).
After honing her craft as a music artist, Kelda expanded her brand into different areas of the entertainment industry. She’s dabbled in pop and dance, but Kelda is best known as a hip-hop artist. Kelda has also produced and hosted TV shows and produced films. She’s also had an acting career and now runs her own entertainment company Digz Media Group. Suffice it to say, Kelda is into a lot of things.
In this episode, we talk about the hip hop and rap scenes of Oakland, child acting, the birth of Keldamuzik, merch, fashion, modeling, speaking gigs, sync placements, creative processes, content strategy, building a press portfolio, explicit lyrics in rap, and her social media jam.
Please enjoy my conversation with Keldamuzik (aka Diva).
